The office can be contacted by telephone, email or post and of course in person.  An answer phone and post box are available to leave messages when the office is closed.  It is extremely important to us that all our services are as accessible as possible.  There will normally be a member of staff or volunteer on hand during office hours to provide advice and to help with less accessible services.

The office is located on Riddings Road up a short incline from The Grove, in between Christchurch and the police station.

It is on the ground floor and the entrance is step-free with a powered door.  If you have any difficulties or if you think there are ways we could improve our service please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help.
